PROJECT
FINANCE ANALYSTS
The
Role The
successful candidates will work closely with the Finance Team and have involvement
with acquisitions. The role will predominantly involve providing modeling and
analytical support in respect of new wind-farm projects under consideration. In
addition the role will include maintaining financial models for existing projects
the Company currently manages. Duties will include:

Developing and maintaining appropriate pro-forma financial models to allow analysis
of ongoing acquisition opportunities and existing projects under management.
·
Utilising such models in analyzing specific acquisition opportunities
·
Developing the output of such models to allow clear presentation of return sensitivities
to management and financial advisors
· Coordinating with
other associates or third party advisors on model and project related issues
The
Person The
ideal candidates will have the following attributes:
·
Highly computer literate
· Capable of complex financial modeling
·
Degree in relevant subject
· Fluent in English
·
Highly motivated with an ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
in a highly dynamic M&A type environment.
· A professional
accountancy qualification would be an advantage
·
Experience in a banking project finance environment would be an advantage.
